Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 1/2 lb hamburger
1 egg
Salt, Pepper, Cajun Seasoning (optional)
1/4 cup oatmeal

4 slices bread, toasted

1 can mushrooms
Poultry Seasoning (or Sage, Rosemary & Thyme mixed)
1 tsp chicken bouillon

8 oz shredded CoJack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put undrained mushrooms in frying pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon Poultry Seasoning or a sprinkle of the other spices, chicken bouillon, and 1/4 cup water. Heat until boiling. While heating, toast 4 slices bread and cut or tear into 1/2 inch pieces. Put bread in bowl and pour seasoned mushroom mixture over bread. Stir to moisten all bread.
Mix hamburger with egg, seasonings and oatmeal. Put waxed paper over cookie sheet. Pat hamburger thin over wax paper. Spread bread over 2/3 of hamburger, leaving one long edge uncovered. Spread cheese over bread. Roll up starting at edge with bread, using wax paper to lift hamburger. Pat uncovered edge to seal roll. Place cake pan or jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) upside down over roll. Pick up cookie sheet and turn the whole mess over so roll is now in the jelly roll pan. Stick in the oven for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Take out and let cool 5 minutes before slicing.
