Smoked turkey sausage chopped

Red and yellow bell pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put some oil in the pan (Caldero) and begin frying the Sausages, when the sausag is brown (well done), then put the garlic and oregano mix in the caldero with the sausage. Then stir in the mixed vegetables. Stir till thoroughly mixed. After a few minutes put 2 cups of water in pan. When the water is boiling put some salt (to taste), vinegar, black pepper, some dried basil. Now put the rice in the pan (Caldero). Let it cook until it absorbs all of the water. Then put the shrimp (already peeled and deveined) in the rice and put a cap on it and wait until the rice is ready, on low fire on number 3 or 2.

You can combine it with avocado, tomatoes, and romane lettuce salad wih olive oil and vinegar as you like. Or some tostones
