6 C granulated sugar
1 1/2 C white vinegar
1 C chopped cayenne or jalapeno peppers
2 pouches Certo fruit pectin (must use both pouches)
14 drops food coloring (your choice - green or red)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, vinegar, and peppers for 10 minutes removing scum that may form while cooking. Be careful, it may boil over.
Remove from heat and immediately add certo and food coloring. You have to work fast.
Pour into clean, sterilized 1/2 pint Mason jars and seal. It is not necessary to process in canner.
