1/2 C chopped celery
1/4 C green pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 large can pork and beans
1/4 C ketchup
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 C water
1/2 t salt
1/2 t garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle celery, onion, green pepper in bottom of 8" baking dish. Crumble ground beef on top. Bake uncovered at 425º for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in pork and beans, ketchup, water, salt and garlic salt until well blended. Reserve 1/2 C bean-meat mixture. Return the casserole to oven for additional 10 minutes. Top with biscuits and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
