12 oz. vanilla-flavored candy coating
⅔ c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coarsely chopped toasted almonds
tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Butter square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Separate candy coating into squares if necessary. Heat candy coating and milk over low heat, stirring occasionally, until coating is melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in almonds and almond extract. Spread in pan. Garnish with additional almonds or cherries if desired. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.
