8 to 10 potatoes (peeled and cubed into bite sized pieces)
3 celery ribs (chopped small coarse)
4 or 5 green onions (chopped small coarse)
Chopped pimento to taste
5 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
11/2 T Season salt
1 T Onion powder
2 T Dried Dill Weed
Minced Olives
Sweet relish to taste
Sea salt and Pepper to taste
Mayo to taste

Directions:
Boil eggs and peel and grate. Cook potatoes til tender but not falling apart. Chop the celery, pimento and green onions.
To a large bowl add the sour cream, season salt, onion powder, dried dill weed, minced olives, sweet relish, and mayo and mix together well with clean hands. Rinse hands and fold in the rest of the ingredients and chill for about 3 hours before serving.
