2 zapallos verdes
2 zapallos amarillos
3 pimientos de diferentes colores
2 dientes de ajo
4 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 cebolla grande
2 tomates
sal y pimienta al gusto

Directions:
Directions:
Corte las berenjenas, zapallos y pimientos y tomates en cubos medianos. Pique el ajo. Caliente el aceite en una sartén grande.
Agrege la cebolla y los ajos y sude por 3 minutos (haga abdominales para sudar mientras la cebolla se coce).
Añada la berenjena los zapallos y las especies y sasone al gusto. Deje dorar
Agregue los tomates. Ver que las verduras esten suaves pero no desechas.
