3 lbs. hamburger, 2 cans (large) tomato sauce, 2 cans (large) tomato paste, 1 can (large) tomato puree, 1 onion, 1/2 green pepper, allspice, bay leaves, parsley flakes, celery seed, oregano, 1 cup red cooking wine, 1 stick butter
