chopped lettuce
2-3 diced green onion
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
10 oz pkg frozen green peas, thawed and rinsed
1-3 chopped hard boiled eggs
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Mayonnaise or ranch dressing
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large serving bowl (a clear one looks really nice), layer all the ingredients. Seal with mayonnaise (or ranch dressing) and sprinkle with grated cheese.
