4 beef cubed or chopped sirloin steaks
1/2 C flour
1/2 C shortening
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Directions:
Coat steaks in flour and fry in hot shortening, 5-7 minutes on each side. Remove steaks and drain fat. Cook onion in butter until tender, then remove. Brown sour cream with salt and add onion. Spread sauce over steaks and serve.

Healthy alternative: grill steaks like hamburgers.
