Boneless duck or pheasant cut in strips
4 duck breasts, fillet off breast. Cut in 3/4 inch strips
Shore Launch
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Pour shore launch in a bag. Shake strips in bag to coat. Preheat grease to 350º. Drop strips in oil. Cook until done. Four large breasts will serve 2 people.

This recipe can be made with pheasant as well.
