Cut venison in cubes the size you want
1 whole green pepper, chopped, optional
1 large onion, chopped, optional
BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Take cubed meat and shake in flour with salt and pepper. Place in fry pan with little olive oil and butter. Brown meat, add onions and peppers. When meat is brown, pour into a crock pot. Cover with barbecue sauce. Put on low for approximately 3 hours. Check occasionally to add more barbecue sauce.
