1-1/2 lb beef cut into cubes
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
2tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp/soy sauce
1 small green pepper
1 thinly sliced pineapple chunks
1 (10-0z). tin mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup vinegar

Brown Beef in oil add water
cover and cook for 1 hour. on low heat
combine cornstarch, salt, sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice soy sauce in pan cook stir until thickened pour sauce over Beef
let stand 10 minutes stir in green peppers, onion , pineapple chunks and mushrooms
cook for 5 minutes serve over hot rice
