1lb. lentils washed
2-3 gloves of chopped garlic
salt and pepper to Taste
1-2 beef bullion cubes
1/2 ketchup
4 cups water (or more)
1 cup of chopped onions
stew meat or ground beef as desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. Let lentils sit in water for 30 mins
2. Drain
3. Add some olive oil to the bottom of the stew pot
4. Add meat to brown
5. Add garlic, onions, salt and pepper, beef bullion cubes, ketchup and water.
6. Let meat cook for 5 minutes
7. Add lentils
8. Cook at least 45 minutes (may need to add more water)
