1 lb. ground beef, 1 can pinto beans, 1 can kidney beans, 1 medium onion, 1 teaspoonful salt, 1-16 oz. can tomatoes. 1 - 15 oz. tomato sauce, 1 to 2 teaspoonfuls chili powder, dash cayenne red pepper, dash paprika

Chop onion and cook with ground beef until meat is done, drain fat, add remaining ingredients, cool until done about 15 minutes.

This is just a good general starting point, you can add hot peppers, more tomatoes, more chili powder if u wish.
