2 1/2 C vinegar
2 1/2 C water
1/4 C canning salt

Add to pint jars:
2 garlic cloves
1 head dill
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 small to medium Jalapeno Pepper
1 pinch of alum

Directions:
Directions:
Boil brind. Fill jars. Seal jars. Process 10 minutes and let stand 2 weeks to develop flavor.
