1 cup chopped ham, 1 cup chopped broccoli, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup fresh parsley-snipped, 6 oz. shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) refrig. crescent rolls

coarsely chopped ham, broccoli and onion, add parsley and cheeses, mustard and lemon juice to ham mixture. Unroll crescent dough into 16 triangles. Arrange in a circle on 13 in round baking stone or pizza pan with wide ends of triangles overlapping in the center and point's outward.Leave a 5 inch diameter opening in center scoop mixture onto widest end of triangle. Bring outside points up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center of ring. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until deep golden brown.
