10 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking powder
1/4 cup white sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups shortening

1.In a large bowl mix together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
2.Store in an airtight container for up to 6 weeks.

You can use this mixture for biscuits and pancakes!

If making biscuits use 2 1/4 cup mixture and mix in 2/3 cup milk. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes.

If making pancakes use 2 cups mixture, 1 cup milk and 2 eggs.

You can use this mixture for biscuits, pancakes, shortcakes, pie crusts, pretty much anything that you use baking mix for. This mix can be used for rolled or drop biscuits.
