6 (6-oz) skinned and boned chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers
1 (3-oz). package cream cheese softened
1/4 pesto
3/4 cup crushed cornflakes cereal
3 tbsp . grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp paprika

Place chicken breast between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap; flatten to 1/4 - inch thickness, using a meat mallet or rolling pin. sprinkle chicken with garlic salt and black pepper; set aside
preheat the oven to 400 degrees. stir together peppers cream cheese, and pesto . spread cream cheese mixture evenly oven chicken breasts roll up jelly- roll fashion; secure with wooden picks
Combine crushed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese and paprika. dredge chicken in cereal mixture. place in a lightly greased 11-x7- inch baking dish. bake; uncovered at 400 degrees. for 26 to 28 minutes; let stand for 5 minutes. remove wooden picks and slice each roll into 6 round pieces.
