Carrot Zuccini Bars Recipe

2/3 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter or margerine
1 pkg cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c grated carrots
2/3 c grated zuccini(squeeze excess liquid out)
1/2 c golden rasins

1/4 c butter
pkg cream cheese
1 1/2 c icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat brown sugar, butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in carrot, zuccini, and rasins. Spread in 9 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 30 min.

Cream ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
