2/3 c brown sugar
1/2 c butter or margerine
1 pkg cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c grated carrots
2/3 c grated zuccini(squeeze excess liquid out)
1/2 c golden rasins

Icing
1/4 c butter
pkg cream cheese
1 1/2 c icing sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat brown sugar, butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in carrot, zuccini, and rasins. Spread in 9 x 9 pan and bake at 350º for 30 min.

Icing
Cream ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
