2 jars or cans Sauerkraut, depending on size of crockpot
2 packages Kielbasa, or your choice of sausage

Drain Sauerkraut. Layer Sauerkraut and Kielbasa in your favorite crockpot/slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for several hours.

My preference is to cook overnight on high, then all day the next day on low. This produces very tender Kielbasa with a wonderful flavor. Everyone loves this!
