4 lbs round steak, cut into 2" squares
1/2 c ketchup
1/4 c barbeque sauce
1/4 c liquid honey
2 tbsp oil
1/4 c vineger
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder(garlic cloves)
1 1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce

Place the steak into small roast pan. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the steak. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours. Served with steamed rice and salad.
