1 cup black beans
3 cups water (soak beans overnight, do not rinse)
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Bay Leaf
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 wine vinegar
2 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat until done. Serve over rice with sweet, chopped onions.
