1 tbsp. dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup creamed cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 1/4-1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water in mixing bowl. Add cottage cheese, then other ingredients. Gradually add flour. Let rise for 50 minutes. Stir down and put in well greased 8 inch round casserole dish. Let raise for 30 to 40 minutes. Then bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes. Rub with butter and coarse salt.
