2 pkg yeast
1/2 tsp. soda
5 1/2 to 6 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup warm water (120 degrees)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup soft butter
1/14 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp. orange peel

Orange Filling
6 tbsp. soft butter
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast and 1 tbsp sugar, soda, salt and 2 1/2 cups flour. Add soft butter and eggs. Add warm buttermilk, orange peel and warm water and beat on low for 1 minute. Increase speed to medium for 2 minutes. Gradually add remaining flour. Make soft dough.

Turn onto floured board in warm place. Let rest 5 minutes. Knead until smooth and shiny. Divide into thirds. Spread with Orange Filling. Roll up and cut into 10 slices. Cover and let rise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Frost with remaining Orange Filling while warm.

Orange Filling:
Combine all ingredients and beat until creamy and smooth.
