2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 milk (scalded)
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup butter (cut into fine pieces)
1 1/2 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs (beat well)

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs, milk to soften yeast. Put in dry ingredients except 1 cup flour. Beat medium speed for 5 minutes. Remove beater and add remaining flour. Stir with wooden spoon and then knead by hand until smooth. Wash, dry bowl and grease it. Put in bowl and let rise in warm place until doubles in bulk. Punch down and let it rise again.

Bake 400º for 12-15 minutes
