1 bag of yellow cake mix
1 15oz. can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
1 30oz. package vanilla instant pudding
3 bananas
1 pint cool whip
1 1/2 cup combined pecans and coconut
Directions:
Directions:
1.Bake cake in 9x3 pan (follow instructions on cake package)
2.While cake is baking add sugar (to taste) to crushed pineapple and heat for 5mins to dissolve sugar
3.Prepare instant pudding as directed on package
as soon as cake is removed from oven, pour hot pineapple mixture over cake
4.Let cool
5.Slice bananas (thin) and place over mixture
6.Spread pudding over bananas
7.Top with cool whip and sprinkle pecan/coconut mixture over cool whip
