1 chicken boiled and deboned
1 onion chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 pkg. Fritos ( 11 oz)
1 can chopped green chilies
1 chili powder




Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with Pam. Crush
Fritos and place all but 1-1/2 cups in bottom of dish. Next add a layer of chopped chicken. Top with chopped onion and green chilies. Sprinkle to taste with chili powder. Combine soups and broth into a smooth sauce and pour over chicken in dish. Top with remaining Fritos. Bake at 350 until
bubbling.

This was one of Nana's recipes. She got it out of a Mayds Cookbook. It was the auxiliary for the May,Texas Volunteer Fire Department. This auxiliary and the Lake Brownwood Volnteer Fire Department auxiliary , which Nana belong to, got together and did this cookbook. It was put together in l986.
