4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 Tbs. vanilla extract
1 1/2 quarts milk, divided

Beat eggs in a large bowl at medium high speed of an electric mixer for 1 minute. Add sugar and beat well. Add sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix, and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1 quart milk. Pour mixture into freezer can of electric freezer. Add remaining 1/2 quart milk. Freeze mixture according to the manufacturers instructions. Let ripen at least one hour.
