2 cups heavy cream, very cold
12 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup Kahlua
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant expresso powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
24 ounces chocolate chip cookies. (Chips Ahoy)
Semi Sweet Chocolate for shaving

1. Using your whisk attachment with low speed mix the first 7 ingredients until they form peaks. Don't over mix or it turns to butter.
2. Fill the bottom of a 8 inch spring form pan with cookies; break them up if needed; add 1/5th of the mocha whipped cream mixture.
3. Repeat until you have five layers of each ending with the mocha whip cream layer on top.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
5. Remove from refrigerator and take off the wrap. Add chocolate shavings for decoration.

I saw Ina Gartner make this recipe. I did have to tweak it some. I used cream cheese instead of marscarpone cheese because of availability. This is a wonderful dessert.
