1 1/2 # ground beef
1 med onion chopped
1 stark celery chopped
1 ( 16oz) can diced tomatoes
1 ( 16oz) can tomato paste
salt & pepper to taste
pinch of sugar
6 oz spaghetti
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 egg beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown meat, drain well. Add onion, celery cook until tender stir in tomatoes and tomato paste, Season with salt pepper and sugar
Mix well, simmer about 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drains. Combine with butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs, mix well.
Grease 10 in pie plate and line bottom of plate with spaghetti mixture to form the crust .
Spoon cottage cheese over spaghetti mixture topping with meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Bake in 325 over for 35/40 minutes

Slice into wedges and serve about serve 6 to 89
