11/2 lb pork
3 lb beef
4 large onions chopped
1 1/2-2 c celery chopped
3 eggs beaten
11/2 c bread crumbs (add water to make moist)
poultry seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and celery until soft, saute meat until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain meat and combine with celery and onions. Add rest of ingredients and stuff 20lb turkey. Cook remaining stuffing in a casserole dish.
