1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
2-1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1-1/2 tsp. salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
vegetable oil
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, beat the egg and stir in the buttermilk. Marinate chicken in mixture for a few hours. Heat oil to 400º. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, black pepper, and salt. Dip each piece of chicken in buttermilk mixture until it is fully moistened. Roll the chicken in the flour mixture until completely coated. Fry in oil until done.
