2 tazas de harina
1 taza de margarina
1/4 cucharita de sal
1/8 cucharita de nuez moscada
1/4 de taza agua fria
Relleno:
1/4 taza de mantequilla o margarita
1/2 lb de carne molida
1 1/2 cuchara de cebolla picada
sazonador,sal, ajos pimienta,comino
1 huevo cocido cortado en cuadritos
1 cuchara de pasas y aceitunas cortadas

Cernir en una vasija la harina, la sal y la nuez moscada, agregar la margarina y mezclar.Cuando la masa este granulada echar el agua poco a poco. Formar una bola. Dejar reposar en una bolsa plastica.Refrigerar.
Calentar la mantequilla en una sarten, colocar la carne molida ,los ajos agregar la cebolla el sazonador, sal, la pimienta el comino al gusto mezclar y cuando la cebolla este bien cocida agregar las pasas,huevo cocido y las aceitunas mezclar y luego retirar.Estirar la masa con un rodillo en una mesa enharinada.Cortar en circulos de 12 cm de diametro.Poner una cucharada llena de relleno,doblar, presionar los bordes con un tenedor.Acomodar en una bandeja de metal ligeramente engrasadas, pinchar con un tenedor las empanadas.
Hornear en 425 grados por 12 minutos o hasta que esten doradas. Servirlas calientes
