4 cups flour
6 eggs
1 3/4 t. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup solid pumpkin
2 sqs sweetened chocolate melted
2 Tbsp brewed cold coffee
1 T. vanilla
Preheat oven at 350, grease/flour 10”tube pan (angel food)

In large bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups flour, 1 1/2 t. baking powder, salt, and soda, set aside. In large bowl w/electric mixer on high, cream butter, gradually add sugar, beat 2 min. reduce to med-low, add eggs, 1 at a time. Alternate flour mixture and sour cream, end with flour. Measure 2 cup and stir in cinnamon-add pumpkin, blend, set aside.
In medium bowl add 2 1/2 cup plain batter, w/ chocolate and coffee, set aside, add vanilla to remaining batter. Spoon 3 different batters into prepare pan by heaping spoonfuls, alternating flavors. Do not smooth top. Bake 70 minutes. toothpick test. Cover with foil, if browning to quick. Cool 15 minutes, Run knife around, remove, cool completely.
