8 ozs. de Pisco
4 ozs. de jugo de lima
2 ozs. de jarabe de goma
2 claras de huevo
hielo

Directions:
Directions:
Llevar a la licuadora las 2 claras de huevo y encenderla. Cuando la mezcla levante cierta espuma, agregue el hielo hasta cubrir la mitad del vaso, con el proposito que al final el famoso trago peruano adquiera textura más suave. Dele una pequeña movida y añada el resto de los ingredientes. Licue hasta que el hielo se deshaga. Si es necesario incluya algo de agua helada. Mantener ácido, suave y seco.
Servir en pequeñas copas y añadir un poquito de canela molida en cada copa.
