4 avocados
1 pechuga de pollo cocida
1 zanahoria
2 papas blancas
1/4 cup de arvejas
1 cebolla mediana
perejil,vinagre blanco, aceite , sal

Directions:
Directions:
Cocinar la pechuga de pollo y en el mismo caldo cocer la papa, la zanahoria y las arvejas.
Deshilachar la pechuga, echar la zanahoria y las papas cortadas a cuadritos.. Cortar la cebolla a lo largo y dejarla remojando en agua.
Cortar la palta o avocado por la mitad pelarlas con cuidado. Rellenar el avocado con el preparado previamente sazonado con sal aceite,vinagre.
Se echa encima la cebolla y se adorna con arvejas y el perejil.
