Red Velvet Pie Recipe

Graham Cracker Shell

1 3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
1/3 cup sugar dissolved in 1 1/4 cup boiling water
Add 1 pkg.frozen raspberries (thawed) and 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Refridgerate until partly set

1 3oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
1 tbsp. milk
Blend above well

Whip 1/2 pint heavy cream. Beat in cream cheese mixture.

Spread 1/2 cream cheese mixture in bottom of pie shell, cover with half of red mixture, then the rest of the cream cheese, then the rest of the red mixture.
