Notes: Great freezer recipe! Make a double or triple batch. Scoop batter into muffin liners in tins or foil muffin liners on a pan. Freeze. Then put frozen muffins into freezer bags. Pull out however many muffins you need that morning. Bake in muffin pans at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cooking time will vary slightly based on your recipe, so watch them the first time. Can do this with most any muffin or cookie recipe! Tammy Tillinghast Brooks has the same recipe but adds 1 c of chopped pecans for a yummy option.
