"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Make your own spagetti sauce or add 15oz. of jarred sauce and mushrooms to pan and bring to simmer. Add shrimp and let cook for only a few minutes until pink. Add to hot spagetti that you just drained and serve. The shrimp will continue to cook in the hot pasta so do not wait.

Personal Notes:
This is very quick easy and light. Frozen shrimp can be thawed in tap water very fast. This is heavy on the shrimp but I like it this way. The mushrooms add an extra meaty texture to the dish. This is my own recipe. I am sick of fried seafood. It all tastes so boring.
