1 lb. fresh Italian sausage (casings removed)
26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce(HEB garlic and herb)
1 tsp. dried basil
6 no cook lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese(optional)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Crumble sausage into microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high about 4.5 minutes or until no longer pink stopping to stir every minute. Drain drippings. Stir together sausage, spaghetti sauce, and basil. Spread 1/3 of sausage mixture in bottom of greased 11x7 microwave safe baking dish. Top with 3 noodles, 1 cup ricotta (optional), 1 cup shredded mozzarella. Repeat sausage, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella. Top with last sausage layer and grated Parmesan cheese. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 50% power for 35 minutes.

I would leave out the ricotta and add a layer of noodles between the last layer of mozzarella and sausage mixture. Microwave technique worked very well. Not a boring lasagna. Very tasty with sauce and Italian sausage that I used. Found this recipe in an RV magazine that I get.
