3 lb. red potatoes
2 medium onions
1 lb. New York State white cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pt. half & half
1 tsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Partially boil potatoes, skin on for 10 minutes in salted water. Remove skins and cool. Shred on slaw cutter along with onions and cheese. Mix and add salt and pepper. Place in 2 quart greased baking dish. Cover with half & half and dot with butter. Bake at 325º for 2 hours.
