2 libras de camarones pelados y limpios
1/2 taza de aceite de oliva
2 cucharadas de cebolla, ajies y verduras bien picaditas.
6 tomates barcelo maduros picaditos
4 dientes de ajo majados
2 cucharadas de pasta de tomate, sal y pimienta al gusto.
1/4 taza de vino seco
tabasco al gusto.

En un caldero poner el aceite y cocinar los camarones hasta que esten rosados, retirar y reservar. En ese mismo aceite, sofreir cebollas, ajies, verduras y tomates hasta desbaratar los tomates. Aguegue la pasta de tomate, cocine y aguregue el ajo y los camarones; mueva para mezclar todo bien. Añada el vino y el tabasco, mueva y deje cocinar un rato.
