3-4 chicken breasts
2 onions
cashews
soya sauce
egg white
vinegar
sugar
salt
ginger
cornstarch

cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Dip cut up chicken breasts in egg whites, cornstarch & salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir fry chicken until cooked. Remove. Cook onions and ginger. Add soya sauce mix (soya sauce, vinegar & sugar). Add cashews. Add cornstarch & water mix. Add chicken. Add rice.
