1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cup flour with 2 tsp baking powder mixed in
1 cup cornstarch
4 eggs

Topping
2 sm or 1 lg container of whipping cream
3 tsp sugar
strawberries-fresh or frozen & thawed, with a bit of sugar if desired

Cake
Mix all ingrediants well. Line 2 round cake pans with foil or use non-stick pans. Bake 20 min or until done at 350º. Layer one on top of other on plate once cooled.

Topping
Cool bow; & mixers in freezer for 5-10 min. Mix small portion of whip cream with sugar. Add rest of whip cream. Mix until peaks can be formed.

Serve cake with whip cream & strawberries.
