2 pkgs frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pint sour cream
1 stick melted butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together in a large bowl. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Mix together 2 c. crushed corn flakes &1/2 stick margarine, melted, in a small bowl. Pour over casserole and pat down.
Bake @325º for 1 1/2 hrs
Can be split into several smaller pans(aluminum foil containers) and frozen for later use or you can even cut the recipe in half.
