Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
1 can cream of coconut
1/2 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Medium size tub of cool whip
shredded coconut
Fresh pineapple (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the white cake mix according to the box directions. When it is finished baking, mix together the cream of coconut, and milk. Poke several holes with a fork in the cake and pour the above mixture on the cake, so it will seep into the cake. Refrigerate the cake to let it cool (usually a couple of hours or over night). Top with cool whip and garnish with shredded coconut and optional fresh pineapple.
