4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1-3/4 c. Chicken broth
3/4 c. orange juice
1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2c.)
1 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice
3 T. chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook the chicken in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides. Remove from the skillet.

2. Stir the broth, orange juice, onion, and rice in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Return chicken to the skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender. Stir in parsley.
