1 pkg. pork sausage
1 can crescent dinner rolls
1 cup frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 T milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese.

Preheat oven to 375º. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Separate cescent rolls into 8 triangles. Place in ungreased 12' rimmed pizza pan with points toward the center. Press together to seal perforations and form a circle 1"larger in diameter than bottom of pan. Turn edges under to a slight rim. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over crust. Top with potatoes, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl; stir well. Pour evenly over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set and crust is golden brown.

came from church cookbook. Really good. Could saute onions and 1 seeded jalapeno chopped, in butter add on top of sausage.
