1 gallina cortada en presas
1 cebolla paiteña rallada
2 vasos de cerveza
2 cucharadas de aceite con achiote
2 tomates pelados
1/2 taza de perejil y culantro en hojas
1 pimiento
1/2 aji
sal, pimienta, comino.

Directions:
Directions:
Licue los tomates junto con el perejil, el culantro, el pimiento y el aji. Ponga en una olla todos los ingredientes y agregue el licuado sin cernir. Mezcle todo bien, tape y cocine a fuego lento hasta que la carne este suave. Antes de servir compruebe la sazon.
Sirva con arroz amarillo y maduros fritos.
